Registration Procedure and Rules :

Admission Procedure :

  • Registration Forms are to be filled in and submitted to the school office before the end of the registration period.
  • Incomplete or illegible registration forms without photograph will not be processed accepted.
  • Dates for test/interviews/ interaction will be given at the time of registration. The school authorities reserve the right to change the date and time of the interview.
  • Mere issue of form or registration does not confirm admission which is subject to Admission Test/interviews/interaction and also to the availability of seats.
  • Photo copy of birth certificate birth certificate issued by municipal corporation or the concerned Civic authority must accompany the registration form for classes nursery and prep. photocopy of report card of the last exam passed must be attached with the registration form of class I and above.
  • Age of admission to class nursery is 21/2 to 31/2 years as on 1st April of the academic session in which admission is being sought. Age should be properly specified on the forms. Request for relaxation of age criterion will not be entertained.
  • Children of Defence Services personal might be given preference in admission but only if vacancy exists.
  • Student who are under transfer from school outside U.P. must have their transfer certificates counter-signed by the Inspector of school of the state concerned.

Admission Procedure :

Entrance Test / Interviews :

  • There will be a written test for the students seeking admission to classes I upward.
  • Result will be displayed on the notice board on the dates specified.

Entrance process for nursery :

  • Interview of parents.
  • Children should be toilet-trained.
  • Overall readiness of child will be assessed by our nursery teachers.
  • For preschool admission decision of the school will be final.

Admission Formalities :

  • Successful candidates whose names are included in the list must pay the fees by the date indicated on the list, displayed on the School notice board, otherwise admission will automatically stand cancelled.
  • The admit card will be issued to parents only after the form is duly filled, the registration formalities are completed and fees is paid.
  • Your ward has to report in complete school uniform, along with books and stationery as prescribed by the school on the very first day.
  • The fee structure for the session is available in the school office.

Withdrawal Rules :

  • Incaseof any withdrawal only the security amount will be refundable.
  • Clearance must be obtained from the laboratory and the library from withdrawal.
  • Transfer certificate will be issued after 15 days of the receipt of the application and clearance of all dues.
  • Re-admission fee for class XIth is Rs. 1000/-.
  • Parents are required to give give an advance notice of at least a month for the withdrawal of their wards otherwise a fee equivalent to the tuition fee for one month will be charged.

Right to Alteration/Modification :

  • The management reserves the right to modify, alter and /or include any other terms and conditions that may be deemed fit in the interest of the institution.
  • PDNIS, reserves its right to change the fee structure with periodic notice.
